"Terrible customer service ‼️ bought a couple packs of slap woods and realized they where as stale as they could get before I walked out the store. Refused to swap me out or let me return them, even though they were unopened and I hadn’t left the store."

"There’s no doubt that the owner and staff and Puff & Stuff are patient and kind, however, they just lost a customer. I spend quite a lot of money there a couple times during the week. I was just there yesterday and bought a few Breeze’s. When i got home and opened one, the entire bottom was cracked and it didn’t even work when you hit it. I decided to drive back to them today to explain the situation and show them it was not my fault as it was still in the box and the only thing off was the plastic. They could’ve easily given me my money back or just exchanged it for a new one since it wasn’t even my fault to begin with. Now I’m out money from a vape that doesn’t even work. Needless to say, i won’t be back if that’s how they treat loyal customers."
