Instead of "you'll be ok" maybe a "we will look into the issue and address it as necessary" would be more along the proper way to handle a customer complaint and a business issue. I made the mistake of posting here. Your shop was not the issue unless you are the owner of the one in Walled Lake as well."
"Would never walk into this place, let alone shop there ever again. The gang member looking guy with prison face tattoos was extremely rude. Walked right out. Go to the smoke shop .5 miles north on Until Lake Rd. Their staff was much more helpful and friendlier. I’d give this place 0 or negative stars if it were possible."
