"I've heard nothing but bad business from others. Incompetent! Only do business through emails. Never in person contact, which causes confusion. They charge for every question asked of them through email. Will charge for 5 minutes, 10 minutes of their time. Ridiculous and not personable. If they have to resubmit more info, because of THEIR mistake, they charge you again for that resubmitted duty. That is total incompetency!"

"I've been thinking about whether or not to write this review for some time now and finally decided to. What I thought was going to be help during stressful situation turned out to be a waste of money and only added stress. Rachel was 15 minutes late to my one hour strategy session meeting. I felt rushed during the meeting. I decided to represent myself with her help and was promised my strategy letter 2 weeks from the meeting. My hearing was 4 weeks out at this point. I was also promised a coaching session with one of her associates right before my hearing. Rachel made it seem like my letter was very simple and would be no problem at all. I remained patient for 3 and a half weeks until I emailed and called the office to none of which were answered. I finally received my letter the day before my hearing, no coaching session ever took place. Not impressed with the service I received at all."
