"I was naive going into the process and she failed to communicate with me the basic rights I had and seemed to scold me along the way. The opposing attorney had a nasty letter from my ex with all kinds of lies and falsehoods and gave it to Amy. I felt she believed those lies and I was just another “vagrant husband” and her entire mentality changed to try and get me to agree to the opposing party’s offer, only finding out later I should have never gone along with what she recommended. Now four years later almost I have missed out on so much parenting time with my children and I have Amy To thank for that. She basically told me there is no such thing as 50/50 custody and it will never fly. I would have taken it to trial had I known what I know now. She was also supposed to have taken her fees from the proceeds of the sale of our house - which she did… and then continues to send me bills, even 4 years later because her bookkeeping wasn’t current and apparently all her time wasn’t billed.
