He wants you to fire him so he doesn't do the work and still gets paid. He is a paper pusher. I did all the work and he just wrote letters and submitted forms to court. I did all the problem solving. We were waiting on a refund from IRS. After 4 months of waiting, I asked if I could write the estate a check for the refund so we could close probate and move on to trust. HE SAID SURE. 4 MONTHS I WAITED. HE COULD HAVE SUGGESTED IT NOT ME! I hired another lawyer for the trust. He asked why nothing was being done on trust. It could have been proceeding simultaneously, but MR. KASTRAN would not address it because he can only focus on one thing at a time. Later learned why."
