Josh came into my boss’ custom new construction with a depth of knowledge and experience that had everyone smiling and excited, while still maintaining a a calm, respectful and all around “all-business” attitude at the same time. Ask yourself how many people can do that? Josh had all the right suggestions to peoples ideas, and tons of industry experience to fill in the gaps for other under-the-radar tasks. Some reviews have commented on long waits or difficulty scheduling. There’s a perfect explanation for this-Josh and his team are VERY in demand-literally from coast to coast! When you can remind yourself of this it will instill confidence, knowing you’re working with someone people trust and are the BEST. Patience will pay dividends at the end of a job-when Josh and the team are on-site, they are focused on their task, whilst always willing to help the homeowner, designer, etc if plans change!
