"I’m just going to start by saying : I’m only assuming that the pharmacy is continuously answering the phone and hanging up on me by accident…. Without saying a word. Just immediately putting me on hold for seven minutes then picking up and hanging up this is happened for the last hour and a half. They are super friendly when you finally talk with someone, it’s just the getting someone on the phone that is the issue. That is all, good day to you all."

"This Walgreen's Pharmacist -Joe filled my prescriptions a few times, five*****, Out of nowhere, a few months later, he decided to❓ the exact same amount of medication my very detailed Doctor has written for me. Refusing to full parts of my medicine profile "until he discusses my prescribed meds with my doctor" bcz of the 5-*over the past few months, allowed him to mess with my prescriptions two months, in an unlawful manner. Meanwhile, I'm able to get ahold of my doctor's office employees, who not only let me talk with my Doctor. ( This was just before C-19 hit the news. ) Due to my prescriptions being directed to the pharmacy electronically/online, I asked for the unfinished portion of my medicine profile to be sent to a CVS, they'd said these particular meds will take 2wks before they have them in stock. So. I called the docs office to get them sent to another CVS, I called Joe at Walgreen's, when I'd hang up from my doctor's to inform him that my doctor is available right now, later today, X time tomorrow, etc. The following month, I'm told that there's a second pharmacist who can talk to my doctor, but my doctor has to call them, my doctor returned a call,or two already/last month/responsibly. I passed it along to the staff that works for the doctor. As this is becoming quite a problem for my doctor, obviously plus I am for a second month w/o the prescribed amount of medication, both the doc & I HAVE A SOLUTION TO END THIS PROBLEM, I thought to have my meds filled elsewhere, while the doctor gives me paper prescriptions, that way if one place gives me issues with one, or more, then I can have them filled at another pharmacy. BOTTOM LINE: Joe never forget he's a pharmacist, go back to school if you feel like playing DOCTOR. When the doctor sends the exact same list to the same pharmacy/pharmacist- who is NOT trying to truly contact the doctor, who's always kind, caring, available, and so forth. After he knew someone is under minding what him & I agree I need at that time, my doctor happily prescribed the same exact list the same pharmacist had filled w/out hesitation for a few months. BTW this is just for Joe... Happy Blated Birthday. So sorry my post of telling the world about you, and your true character is being shared one single day after your birthday. U choose to fill prescriptions, not write them, stop thinking it's your place to decide what WALGREEN'S customer's take, Just do your job, the one they pay you to do. Bcz, now you see, I'll never bring my business there, 100% bcz of you!"

"I wish I had the good experiences everyone has had. Maybe it’s because I haven’t used their pharmacy. Speaking strictly from a general shopper- always out of stuff, rude employees, and unhelpful. Just came back after going elsewhere for about 6 months. Should have known better. I really wish it was different..."
