"In October gave him a $2,500 fee. By November says he can't help me. Here it is May and I have made numerous attempts to get a summary of how he spent that money. Keep getting the run around. I would not recommend him."

"I would not recommend them to anyone. They are friendly when they want your retainer money. I was charged $295 for a process server that never served the person. I called around and average price was 75 bucks for up to 5 attemps. They didn't offer a receipt to prove the validity of this charge. The office staff never returns your calls. They have very poor communication. I had to go down there myself to find anything out. When i asked about my bill they are in the office whispering to each other thinking they cannot be heard. Just poor service in my opinion. Update.. went in and requested a final bill in august because they said my case was closed. They gave me an amount and i paid it off and got a receipt marked paid in full. Now its feb 10 and i get another invoice for more money. Not sure what they are trying to pull this time. And they are trying to double charge me for the same thing. ."

"Met with David Bowen on September 10, 2020. Paid the consultation fee, gave him documents he asked for to look over and let us know how to proceed. Called back several times, receptionist would say she will give him a message but hadn't even taken my name or number down. I made sure she had it the last 2 calls, and finally left him a voice-mail as well. Never a response. It's January 28, 2021. Never another contact since collecting our money for the quick meeting we had. Waste of time and very disappointed. I see this shows my email and not my name, it is Cassie Stebelton if you'd like to return my check."

"Was late for our appointments and then had to cut us short to run out the door. Never gave us his undivided attention, requested we check something and get back with him with an answer, which I did and then we never received a call back about it. If he was unwilling to take our case I wish he would have just said so. Was very willing to take our money though."
