They allowed my 71 year old father to continually be scammed by fake LLCs that have accounts held at their institution. If you ask them how this happened, they’ll hang up on you , as it appears they like to harbor thieves. I would never own a Chase acct if you paid me."

"I have been banking with Chase for almost 25 years and I was so disappointed to see they took out the teller stations in the main lobby. So now if you physically want to deposit your money there is only one teller in the back. There is longer lines and Chase is trying to make us use the ATM. This is another example of Chase choosing profit over the customer. I wish I could give Chase 5 negative stars. This move shows that they don't care about the customer and I am thinking of closing my accounts."
