She told me to come in to get the quote. I said your website says I could call you. She said no! I asked if she had an estimate for an individual tax return preparation- she interrupted me before I was even done, told me no. Well then NO you won't be receiving a new customer or referrals. Rude."

"Called to get a quote for my son's taxes and my own. After being on hold for a long time, spoke to Eugene. He was very gruff about asking questions. Went off on a tangent about LLC companies. Extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He bragged about how he has "over 1000 clients and knows a lot." He did give me a quote over the phone. When he asked how that compared to my previous accountant, I told him the amount I paid, which was $275 less than Eugene's price. He then says, "you can keep your business." Then he literally hung up on me. Wow!"
