"Closed account $0 balance obviously. Credit Unions do Not take Google Pay and identity theft changes showed up from GPay threw it on my Credit Report for 7 year's. Thank goodness for private IDinsurance! Pit was a serious problem they tried to throw on my credit for 7 years $81.00 stolen!"
"I go there to cash my regular check from my job, and it seems to always have a hold on it due to the bank being out of state. I inform the teller of this, no response. So I ask verbatim “can I know what’s going on with it” and I get a “mam im just doing my job” What type of response is this? You could have simply said “oh let me look into this” after my concern was brought up. Simple. As a management professional in Human Resources, this a huge lack of interpersonal skills and it shows. Never had an issue with any of the service at this location until now unfortunately . Shake my head. Do better"
"Changed the ATM to access from outside on a busy public sidewalk. You have guaranteed I never use your ATM again, which makes me far less likely to need this branch for anything. Providing less security is ridiculous. Edit: your response says the change was made for security. I’m confused how putting the ATM outside on a busy sidewalk where homeless people walk and loiter is safe? Let’s be real, you just didn’t want people in your lobby so whatever happens isn’t your responsibility??"
"Drive thru. December 5th around 3:50 pm. The sas the teller gave me was enough for me to come in and see what the heck is up. I legit hate this location: no one is ever happy and they talk down to the you. And I see the generic response is “ We have taken your experience and used it to coach and training our staff for a more positive outcome in the future.” No just hire people who aren’t miserable because that’s what I encounter EVERY single time I visit this location."
"I had the worst experience and customer service. It should NOT be that hard to help a customer with kindness no matter what the situation. I notice none of the people that work there look like they get along. Please training your employees on customer service. PS: the best customer I had was the location on Lenard and Plymouth. Maybe get point or two from them."
