"The worst most outdated bank ever. You can’t shut off your card using the app. You can’t move any money out of savings without making a 10 min phone call. They don’t have any wire money services. I had 20 fraudulent charges come through at once from the same website and they didn’t even flag that as suspicious and charged me another $100 of over draft fees. No one at the bank could do anything. Had to spend 1hr on the phone with a call center who said MAYBE the charges would get reversed in TEN DAYS. They refused to refund the overdraft fees regardless. Don’t trust this company with your money. Edit: they refunded the overdraft fees after another hour of phone calls"

"Have always enjoyed doing business with Kalsee for the last 40 years, but just like my regular bank 5/3 and Advia CU when it came time to purchase a new car they wouldn't finance without a co signer. Really? My history backed by my credit score and the fact I could have paid cash, by touching my investments, didn't mean a thing. The car is paid off and it's been 3 years but I'm still bitter. Could have easily have been 5 stars. A bank I'd never heard of and who had never heard of me took my business making me rethink my loyalty."

"Not enough people stationed if you want to go inside, but there’s always help when I use the drive-thru. Also whoever was getting yelled at by the angry person holding up the line: it’s not your fault they didn’t pay attention to their finances, don’t let it wear you down."

"Just went in to close my account. Lindsey, the Branch rep, was rude. Told me she cannot close the account until my debit card is closed and that the person that closes cards doesn’t work on weekends. I said, “that’s fine, but how can I get proof I closed my accounts “. She snapped at me and told me, “I said I can’t close it today, so I can’t give you proof”. I said “I understand that, but how will I get my proof once the account has been closed?”. She then stated, with attitude, “I can mail you something”. This is why everyone is leaving your institution. The crazy part of it all is that she asked me why I was closing my account and my first reason was “bad customer service”...I guess she wanted to make sure I knew it was still bad. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere!!"
