"I bought four “duel mini mini vapor batteries.”The guy helping me said if I have any issues I could exchange or get a refund for them. Of course I had an issue with one. I went in to get my money back seeing as i didn’t need that many to begin with. Lady with dark hair was super rude to me when I said I need to make a return. She went to test the battery then said she could exchange it. I politely said the guy said I could get a refund and she just snapped at me. She checked me out with no words and didn’t even say have a good day. I will not be back. What a terrible experience.. I don’t even care about the money it’s just how I was treated."

"We go to this smoke shop every day for kratom. Very Good Deals! However today the guy that was taking care of us was not very customer friendly. We asked him how much a price was for multiple kratom shots.. threw out a number and he said sure about that price.. then we asked him to scan multiples and he said fine.. said that he didn't want to go through all that work to have to scan.. basically he told us that he didn't want to do his job... My experience... He does not have very good customer service skills... Basically we had to walk ourselves through the transaction to get the deals... Which is fine.. however if you don't want to do your job correctly then you shouldn't be working in customer service."
