"We had called to get 2 covid tests done. We received 2 confirmation emails each containing the proper voucher and appointment times. We printed them out and arrived within the specified time we had set and the voucher confirmed. I called them upon arrival and was informed that they thought it was canceled because the previous appointment we had made was canceled. The first time we made an appointment. We had to cancel and reschedule. They called to verify the cancellation of the first appointment. But this place assumed the 2nd appointment we made was cancelled as well. Despite having confirmation emails and vouchers for the day and time we arrived. I had to take off early from work to make this appointment and drive across 2 cities to get there only to find out they cancelled it and didn't reach out like the did the first time. Very annoyed."
