"I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and there is always some sort of an issue. Not to mention the RUDEST staff ever! Especially Angela , everytime I ask a question I get talked down to eyes rolling or ignored..She needs to be retrained on good friendly customer service or be replaced. I'm done with this place"

"I would have to look very hard to find someone as miserable as Amanda at this pharmacy. My son has monthly prescriptions for asthma, and like normal people occasionally my wife and I also have prescriptions but something that should be so routine I don’t need to review my experience turns into an incredibly frustrating scenario monthly at this point. Regardless to the status provided by their automated system, there are more often then not delays on pick up even after I’ve been alerted the prescription was ready, or now they’re really awesome at just not having the medication, no offer to order it in, no offer to locate it within the Kroger family of pharmacies just an attitude and Amanda letting you know you need to call the other locations on your own tracking down the medications you need. Multiple other Kroger locations have NO PROBLEM figuring out where you can secure your prescriptions but Amanda has better things to do with her time apparently. We’ve been using this pharmacy for at least a year now my wife and I both have had poor experiences with the same employee numerous times, I’d retrain or replace her if I was in charge."

"Worst service ever. Prescriptions called in the day prior. I went to pick them up the next morning and was told there is nothing ready. I had to inform them the medication was called in. Then was told oh it is. It ready because we were busy yesterday giving injections. My response was, you didn’t inform the customer the medications are going to be filled, he then responded with we were short and could not fill them, please wait an hour (as the guy in front of me was picking up his medicine). This is not the first time and we have encountered this problem and lying at this pharmacy. We will not be returning."

"All staff are always very professional, kind and willing to go the extra mile in order to meet our needs. They are sensitive and very knowledgable with how much of what we need is time sensitive, as we undergo fertility treatments. Our endocrinologist & nursing staff also give very high kudos to the pharmacy as they too have needed to speak with likely all staff there at this point! We cannot thank you all enough for providing such high level customer /patient service!"
