"Just walked in was not greeted, asked for help, was basically talked down to. Was looking for CBD for my dog lady was unhelpful and rude. The second someone else walked in she greeted them. Apparently if you look younger you will be spoken down to."

"Liked going there until they started automatically refilling my preceiptions. They got to the point that they were calling me weeks before I needed a refill. I finally decided to go somewhere closer, and asked them to stop refilling my prescriptions. Three times I asked them to stop refilling, and to take my name out of their system. I got another call today, even though I have at least 30 days left. When I asked her why she was calling, after I have repeatedly asked them to remove me, she said don't get mad, then hung up. So filling my prescriptions without, no, actually against my permission, and I shouldn't get upset? The big problem is when I go to get it refilled, and insurance says no, you just had it filled. My current pharmacy says if the prescription isn't picked up in something like 10 days, they legally have to notify insurance, and Clawson Care has not been doing that"

"Wonderful customer service provided at all times. Pharmacist is easy to talk to and remembers patients by their names which is personal and lovely. Facility is always clean and well presented in a comforting manner. Great customer communication and it’s never a hassle to reach someone on the phone. They also offer free delivery which is a perk for us all!"
