"I'm one that tries to buy used before new, if at all possable. I called to get prices on a computer. I was a hour and a half away and was trying to figure out a gift that was suggested to me at the last minute for a teenager. My purpose was to find it and pick it up as I came through town. Which I was already going to be late. The attendant was not helpful and acted like he had better things to do. He told me I should just come in. After I explained the situation and that I was an hour and a 1/2 out. His response was well I have customers in the store that I can't ignore vs somebody who's on the phone who "might buy" I understand customers service. I've done it my whole life. If he was that busy he could have easily taken down my phone number to call me back and make a sale. I've been in there in person, they aren't running around being helpful. Sale lost. I'll buy new before going back there"

"Always have everything I need when needed. Good customer service at all stores. The Greenville store is especially clean and the staff is exceptional. If you have a bad experience there, it's because you went in with the wrong expectations. My first stop for all my needs. Be it, audio, movies, guitars, guitar effects, tools, TV's. You name it. 5 Stars from me. Wish I could give 'em more. I have been a customer for about 15 years, and the past few years the store has improved 100% and then some. Great Manager too. BG"
