Walgreens Pharmacy

"I'm very disappointed with the Pharmacy staff today. They were very disorganized, rude, and lacked customer service skills. My daughter had an appointment for a flu shot @ 11:15 am. We arrived a few minutes before. There was a lady that was already waiting there for her flu shot and her appointment was at 11 am. She said she had been waiting for 30 minutes already and was ready to leave due to not being called back. Another gentlemen just scheduled for a flu shot. As we were waiting for our turn to get the shot another gentlemen came in and said his shot was scheduled for 11:30. After waiting there for 40 minutes, they FINALLY call the first lady in to get her shot. We see her leave. My daughter should have been next, but she was NOT. They called in the gentlemen that had just scheduled. Then after he was done. We should have been next instead they called back the other gentlemen that came way after us and had a later appointment than us. Scheduling an appointment was not PRIORITY at this location. After waiting 45 minutes we left. The pharmacy then calls as we were already driving back home that they were trying to go in order which was not true because they obviously did not. What a waste of time! Chose a different location for your shots."

"The blonde assistant had a poor attitude to customers and employees alike. Took my prescription and insurance info and said it will be ready in one hour. I waited 3 hours, right before they closed, and drove to the store. Met by a guy with an equally bad attitude. He said only one could be filled and I had to pay full price because the insurance wasn't going to work. Not sure why, never give a good enough reason... The other prescription was for my son who needed asthma medications after an attack. He had to wait a full day for relief because of these incompetent employees. Avoid this pharmacy, if you require Walgreens, go south on Rochester Rd to the other one, they are much more humane."
