Walgreens Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is the biggest joke in the entire state of michigan. After receiving the same medication for almost 31 years, this pharmacy is the only one who has made me. Almost go to the emergency room twice, over them not filling my medicine. My doctor sent my Rx in almost 5 days ago, and its still not filled after the woman behind the counter told me they would get it situated. These people laugh, make rude comments to each other and give you dirty looks, literally every single time i try to fill my medication here. Garbage. I wish they couldn't even get 1 star."

"I just switched to this pharmacy location what a big mistake! When I call, there are atleast 3 callers ahead of me and I'm on hold for 30 minutes or more. When they eventually answer, they disconnect me and i have to start all over again! I thought maybe I had just called at a busy time of the day but this is happening any time I try to call them. I'm SO done! There are other pharmacies in the area that I'm sure would like my business."

"This Pharmacy is the worst! Slow and inconsiderate. They act like nobody is at the counter or drive through for 10-15 minutes every time I'm forced to go here. They are having tons of fun though. Laughing joking texting on their cell phone. Whatever they feel like except acting a busy as they are. The main cashier in the pharmacy is always doing 2 or 3 things at the same time which slows her down even more. I hate going here but I'm forced to by the other Walgreens nearby because of the type of medication i have to get! Avoid this pharmacy if you're able!"

"Spent a total of 35 minute on the line during 6 calls, and no one in pharmacy picked up the phone. I had to call another walgreens on Ford Rd, they responded in 30 sec. Please check on them, they might be sick in there !!"

"Went there to get an item on a Saturday to catch the sale. Walked in and a group of 5 males were up at the front talking to the cashier. Thought they were checking out, but by the time I got back to the front they were still there. They were talking to her about a party they were having that night. They werent buying anything but were blocking the counter. She saw me and one of her coworkers waiting in line and continued on talking to the guys about the party they were having. Eventually one of the guya noticed my irritation and told her to "take care of them real quick". She shouldnt have needed him to tell her that. She was very unprofessional. It was maybe 30 minutes before closing time. She couldve talked to them after 10. Everyone has cell phones nowadays."
