"Our family was in need of having some prescriptions filled in a timely manner. We were served with kindness by both the young woman who checked in the prescriptions as well as her team member. The pharmacist CJ helped ensure all medications were filled before close and helped immensely in navigating insurance and cost saving measures. I would highly recommend this pharmacy over their big chain competitors."

"I've had two bad experiences with the Milan pharmacy: two prescriptions had a 2 day wait. I waited 2 days, and then at around 48 hours, one is marked out of stock on my online portal, but I did not get a text message and had to call them to switch pharmacies for that one. The transferred script was transferred to the Whittaker Road Korger in Ypsi, and it was filled in one hour. I also have one currently four days past due beyond the estimated fill date with no updates on the status listed. do not recommend."

"I just transferred my prescriptions back to cvs, which means you know this Kroger is doing poorly. The past 4 months or so have gone downhill. The automated systems are not working so when I went to pick up my Rx several times they weren’t even in the system. So shut down the system? I also noticed my Rx is out of refills but should have 4 remaining. Where did they go? I just asked my doc to write me a new one knowing this pharmacy wouldn’t be able to fix it. Idk what is going on here but they gotta get it together. Staff seems overworked and corporate could easily pay them more to retain employees. The normal staff is friendly but someone subbing a few months ago actually scoffed at me when I was trying to find out why my Rx wasn’t filled (surprise, the app refill system wasn’t working). Ughhhh get it together."

"This pharmacy has gone downhill very quickly in the past two or three months. Horrible customer service. Refills and physician orders are not filled in a timely manner anymore. I will gladly drive the extra 12 miles to get my scripts in Ann Arbor now. Used to be a great local pharmacy. Just lost a long time customer, but I highly doubt they care."
