"This Kroger is very slow at filling and processing orders. I came in twice and each time I was told to wait longer. I have been waiting for over 2 hours for just one small bottle of pills my urgent care prescribed."

I was shocked people still do that these days. They are always nice and I have never waited long for my prescriptions. I have since always pay it forward when I get the opportunity."

"I hate to speak badly because everyone has bad days not everything runs Smoothly at work . Truly I have never seen such incompetence. Constantly losing my prescription. The give me prescription that I didn't really need from 3 days ago when my provider called in the night before with a prescription. tell me they don't have it 10 minutes after a walk out of the store get a phone call saying it's Ready I was on straight medicaid them went to United healthcare somebody working there didn't understand that I had to pay for 3 different prescriptions because they couldn't figure out that I was no longer on straight medicaid however they kept billing straight medicaid And I had to pay for 3 prescriptions. Pharmacies response was well it was only one time know it was 3 times I told her. I spoke to I don't even know if it was a Pharmacist you have 2 different insurances and I said no I never have I don't know if she was no she seemed overwhelmed. There is a problem every single time and the last probably 4 months I have been there. I have to ask them to check their voicemail and their Fax machine because I speak to my doctor and they said they faxed in the night before then magically it shows up after I have to remind them of their job. One person ahead of me I can wait a 1/2 hour for prescription because there's lack of staff I realize that's not always kroger's fault but I am plan on leaving I cannot take losing my prescriptions being out of my medication for the whole weekend because of lack of staff being trained properly."

"I’ve been a customer for many years. They are helpful and compassionate. Thank you for sharing your service! Most times no wait sometimes there is but I’m sure many people have had a job that they have more to fill than usual. I never see anyone just sitting doing nothing. The Pharmacist is always willing to stop what they are doing to answer any questions."
