"Horrible customer service, very rude. Saw a pharmacy associate be dismissive and rude to and elderly lady asking for help for her sick grandson. She literally had to ask the associate 5 times to show her we’re a COVID test kit was. I’m disgusted by this Kroger pharmacy associates actions or lack of..especially to our elders. He also seemed annoyed at everyone and really didn’t look like he wanted to be there. I’ll be transferring to a new pharmacy. I will also he contacting Kroger corporate and reporting the associate. I hope he gets disciplined."

"We have used this pharmacy for many years. They always go the extra mile to be helpful. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very busy but manage to do a great job in spite of it. If they are out of something, they have called other pharmacies trying to find it."
