"I'm only giving this one star because zero stars is not an option. In three decades of health care I have never encountered a pharmacy as poor as this. They do not communicate when there are issues with prescriptions, nor can you talk to an actual human being if you call to check on the status of a prescription. If you go in to check on the status, expect to find a defensive staff that will ask you to loudly repeat your Protected Health Information within easy ear shot of other customers. If you ask to discreetly speak to the manager in charge of the pharmacy, expect that manager to stand twenty feet away from you forcing you to air your grievance publicly. It's almost as if they have not heard of HIPPA, or customer service, or patient centered care. Utterly useless."
