"I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. 5yrs I've been coming to Fred's and there's always been an issue, whether it's the "system" being down or not having anything in stock. Allergy medicine, that's all I need and they either never have it or they can't run your ID. But reassured you'll stand there for 20minutes just for one of the above to be the end result. Using Covid as an excuse just doesn't sit right anymore."

"I like how you can easily get prescriptions refilled after hours by calling it in. Text messages to let you know that prescription is ready. Somehow one of the pharmacists remembered I have issues with low blood pressure when standing and told me to be cautious on a new medication I was trying. Great memory. There's a drive thru as well. The workers care and work hard. I appreciate them so much!"

"Fred’s provides a level of care for each patient that goes above and beyond expected standards. Not only do they care for your meds, they also care about you as a person. A big part is communication. If you express any concerns/issues in a respectful manner they will try their hardest to work with you in order to find a resolution. I’ve been spoiled to their level of care that when I have had to go elsewhere, I’m reminded why I use them in the first place."

"Everyone is always so helpful and friendly!! They do wonderfully working with doctors and insurance to get prescriptions ready. The remodeled layout is super nice and great flow, one counter to drop off and one for pick up makes it fast in and out. Highly recommend Fred's!"
