"I want all new potential customers to Michigan Schools and Government to know how these people operate I had some difficult times in 2020 I lost my sister to covid-19 in a nursing home in April then shortly after that my brother was hit by a car and killed 52 days later I have some payments that were behind quite a few actually on my truck pymt. Since then I recently payed my truck off on June 5 with owing community choice tgat I'm making pymts on. A few small amounts besides that. Now enter trying to get a new auto loan. They denied me. Been with them over 7 yrs. Repeat DO NOT COME HERE. I HAVE OVER 28,000 IN MY ACCT. STILL DEMIED THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. NOT THE INSIDE STAFF. BUT THESE SO-CALLED LOAN OFFICERS. GARBAGE TO THE MAXXXXXX"

"Joined this bank because they offered a $200 sign up bonus. The lady said it would apply to me (a minor) and it would be put in my account after 90 days. After waiting I go in to ask about this and they said it doesn’t apply because I didn’t open a real checking account. I talked to the lady who opened my account who was very unprofessional and immediately started lying about telling me I could get the bonus. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional."

"I’m a young person getting an auto loan for the very first time and I met with Sanja after speaking with her via phone and email. She told me exactly what documents she needed before we met and I got them to her. When we met, she walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. She made it seem so easy and straightforward. I got an amazing APR on the interest rate. When Sanja was looking at my credit, she also noticed I had some credit card debt and offered to apply me for a personal loan through MSGCU (also at a great rate) which was thoughtful. Now I’m just waiting for my car dealership to send their documents so I can be on my way to owning my vehicle. Anyway, 10/10, would go here again for anything! And 100% recommend Sanja.
