"We've had an account here for approx. 18 years and we've always received excellent service. We have used ECCU for everything from multiple checking and saving accounts to auto loans to personal loans. We've NEVER had anything but A+ service!"

"If you miss the old way of banking, this is the credit union for you. There's no 24/7 service line if you have card issues. If your card is shut off due to fraud or theft, they will not automatically re-issue your card. They also cannot get you a replacement card before 7-10 business days. They close at 1pm on Wednesdays and 5pm other days. They have no drive through ATM. I have been putting off closing my account because I cannot make it to the credit union before 5pm, but I'm now at the end of my rope and will be leaving work early to make this special trip so I no longer have to deal with this fossil of a credit union."

"Dave is always very helpful and SUPER quick to reply. I've had my past 3 auto loans with him and I've never had issues. Only downfall is not being able to directly manually pay your bill online, but Dave figured out a workaround to solve this issue. He also modified my loans due date to make more sense in my situation, that way I'm not paying rent and my car payment on the same day, to help me balance out my finances. I'd highly recommend going here, as I will always."
