I decided to open up new accounts with them, however, and quickly realized I shouldn't. Upon waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told she wouldn't help me anyways because she has an appointment. The appointment was not present. Then told me she still couldn't help me. I'm glad I got to see the level of service before joining."
