Walmart Pharmacy

"They were very nice. I did not have to wait long for my script, it's just very pricey! Where I paid $40 at Jewel Osco for the same prescription at Walmart it was $49. I will only use this Pharmacy if I must. Meaning, if they don't have a certain prescription I'm looking for at Jewel-Osco them I use Walmart. Like I said, it's very pricey."

"I called they’re pharmacy and spoke to a technician in their Pharmacy around 5:15pm on September 6, 2023. To ask if my medication was available for pick up? Because we don’t live in Benton Harbor Michigan! We live about 45 minutes away from there. So I was going to pick up a couple of things and pick up some groceries. The TECHNICIAN RESPONDS WHEN I CALLED THEIR PHARMACY! I asked her could they possibly have my medication ready by tomorrow? Because we live so far away? TECHNICIAN RESPONSE: I don’t live here either!! SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE ON MY EAR! I’d really love and appreciate it if upper management would give me a callback about this situation or email me back! I can NOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE A PERSON WORKING LIKE THIS IN YOUR STORE!! WHO CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECTFUL! We’re done!! DON’T go to WALMART FOLKS!! Only if you want this TREATMENT!! GO TO WALGREENS INSTEAD THEY’D LOVE TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS!! THEY TOOK MINE!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!"

"I hardly ever participate on public media, read or write reviews, or give recommendations for businesses. But I was surprised when, in passing, I saw the reviews others had written, and I felt I should balance the picture a little. Yes, I have sometimes had to wait a while longer than than expected for a prescription to be filled. But I have always been treated kindly and with respect. I have been getting prescriptions from Walmart Benton Harbor for more than 10 years, and have never had a negative experience. Thank you to the pharmacists and assistants for all you do for us."

"Worst pharmacy in the world. Always screwing up autofill then blames you. Shredded my daughters prescription and denied receiving it. After review of camera several days later it caught the employee shredding it. All we got was sorry. My daughter didn't get her medicine that day. They are rude unprofessional and just misery to have to deal with. If you have insurance through Walmart you cant even go to a GOOD pharmacy cause your prescription insurance will only be covered at walmart."

"Came to get a prescription filled and they claimed it was not called in although it had been called in 5 hours prior. Called my doctor again and she called it in again while I was on the phone. Came back 20 minutes later after shopping and they said they haven't received it as of yet. I called the doctor and they claimed they could not talk to her or state if it's been sent in since my line was unsecure and the doctor had to call them again. She told me to tell them to check their messages as she already called in the prescription twice. They finally checked the system and what do you know it's just been sitting there unfilled by the two pharmacists and the 4 tech's chatting away behind the counter. Then they had the nerve to tell me to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled!!! Never again! If it wasn't something that was needed asap I would've had the doctor send it somewhere else. Incompetence to the highest degree."
