"Very beautiful store. I don’t say this about stores but this one deserves it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have a toddler and on my first visit I noticed you couldn’t bring children into the store so to respect their policies, I was having friends ride with me so they could sit in the car while I went into the store. One day I couldn’t get anyone to go with me so I parked right in front of their store. Where I could still see the car. They could tell I was panicked and in a hurry, because I never leave my child alone in the car. One of the staff members gave me their business card and told me that if I called the store they would come out and take my order and bring it back out to me. I cried. I really needed some nicotine at the time. Lol. This service was perfect for my situation. they don’t accept tips or gratuities, so I’m writing a review to let everybody know how great the store is. Thank you so much to the staff at wild Bill‘s tobacco in Rogers city Michigan."

"I came in yesterday because I got a flyer in the mail for a sale. the store is very clean, the deals are amazing, store is huge, and the customer service is immaculate. Dominique the manager was working by herself, also doing truck, and helping multiple customers at the same time. And still had an amazing attitude and smile. She sold me on a bunch of products I didn’t even know existed! I will be back, new favorite local store"

"Went to buy myself some vapes today. Wild bills finally opened so i checked them out and holy cow. They have such a large selection and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the right purchase decision. Im quitting cigarettes so any info i get on these vapes is always appreciated. The pretty, general manager there helped me pick out some really good flavors that are sure to stave off the cigarette cravings. Thanks again Dominique! You're the best!"
