I talk to the pharmacy dept every week to set up my next delivery and they're awesome. I usually talk to Tammy so I want to give her an extra compliment because she's amazing! The delivery drivers bring my weekly box of antibiotics up the stairs inside my apartment for me and always go above and beyond. You have a great team Optoon Care!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would!!! My daughter has been with this cot for over 6 years, every month there is an issue with the shipment, rather it would be RUNNING OUT OF THE ONLY FORMULA MY GIRL CAN HAVE. NO ONE EVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS. And it is absolutely disgusting I’ve had to talk the supervisor previously& was assured this would not happen again. Well here it is happening again. Never ever ever would I recommend going through this company."
"I would explore any other options available. Have not had one smooth transaction with Option Care despite me constantly letting them know I was not satisfied at all. They attempted to push back my partners discharge date from the hospital because they didn’t care to get his home infusion supplies to us in time. Today they called to confirm delivery (but didn’t even confirm what supplies we still have and what we would even need). I have had to call them a few times every week in attempt to get everything we need. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible. EDITED AFTER “OWNER’S RESPONSE”…they do not take your complaints seriously. I have complained multiple times and still continue to have issues. All they do is keep apologizing but can’t get their act together."
"I'll start with the positives. Through the 6 weeks of IV therapy I had 3 different nurses come to my house for the dressing change. 2 of the 3 nurses were incredible - very friendly, professional, and did their job very well! They even responded to calls/texts over a weekend when they were not on call. I cannot speak highly enough of them! Delivery of the abx and peripherals was always on time. Instructions were thorough and the infusions went as well as they could. Now for the negatives. One of the three nurses that visited my home instructed me to take Immodium (max dose) to help with digestive issues resulting from the abx. This resulted in extreme stomach pain where I almost went to the ER in the middle of the night. Soon after I found out from my ID Doctor that I should 100% avoid any type of anti diarrhea pills as it could mask C. Diff. Fortunately I tested negative for C. Diff but was a miserable few days/nights. I prepaid for a portion of my first bill back in May and have yet to be refunded for that as of August 9th, even though all of my claims are showing to be completed with Option Care, I've exceeded my deductible, and my insurance company has informed me that all invoices have been paid to Option Care. The billing department keeps asking for a few more days and has been 6 weeks now. So zero stars for Option Care billing department."
