"The theater itself was clean and well maintained. The staff were happy to be there and it showed! I believe I saw a single smile from an employee unless they were headed for the nearest exit, then they looked gloomy. The final nail in this coffin was their popcorn! My popcorn bucket looked like they had just made fresh batch. At those prices all I ask is more of that awesome fresh popcorn and I’m so glad i always saw an attendant that was showing a smile while I was standing in front of them!"
"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The ticket-taker acted more like a prison guard. When attempting to use the restroom after having our tickets counted and torn, we were rudely told there were restrooms in another location for us to use because going back out to the lobby would cause problems for what she was doing. (?) Then as we left the theater, my three sons attempted to walk back in to use the restroom after our two hour movie ended. They were accosted by the manager and he YELLED at them stating that the building was closed. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t just kindly inform them of the policy. They originally thought he was joking because his behavior was so unbelievable. Speaking to children like that is completely unacceptable."
"My partner and I went to go see Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. The showing was amazing. We ended up showing up late, but they were super understanding. The concessions, as usual, were a bit pricy. But the film quality and Audio were very impressive. Additionally, as we regularly go to another theater in Mishawaka, we immediately noticed a difference in general maintenance. It was so clean! They were really on top of their game. Would I go again? Absolutely! Would I recommend? You betcha!"
"Enjoyed the movie but I have two complaints: 1. It is was around 30 something degrees outside and it didn't feel as if the heat was on in theater 10. 2. The seats in the theater were not made for larger people. I could not comfortably sit in the seat in the theater. Please upgrade your seats!!!"
"It has expanded over the years. The theaters still feel like it's from the 90s. They have a good variety of movies though so lots of opportunities to see the next big thing. Also it let's them keep movies around longer. The left side of theater 1's sound kept cutting out during the previews, but it was fine during the show. Refills on popcorn are no longer free. They are now $1."
