"Had DFCU for over 10 years now and I will be switching banks just had $102 worth of overdraft fees over a $6 purchase and was not willing to work with me about it. I have never had an overdraft account until now and then I asked if the card can just decline if there is insufficient funds but they will charge $32 even if it declines the payment. Really frustrating, accidents happen."

"If I can give them no stars I would. This has got to be the worst credit union/ bank that I've ever dealt with in my life. They still take money out of your bank account for things that do come out of your account normally. But if you don't have the money in there why they let the money come out then you get charged the overdraft fee. I'm constantly getting charged over draft fees every week. This credit union has literally gotten probably hundreds of dollars from me every freaking month. I am so sick of it and then you call and talk to somebody about it and they offer no kind of help. Like where is the overdraft protection at? I don't want it to where they keep taking the money out of my account if I don't have it in there. Any bank that I've ever dealt with have. I have never gone through this with any other bank but this one definitely closing mine and my husband's accounts out next week and going somewhere else. This is the worst. Just stay away from this DFCU Don't even go here. Save your time. And then there has been several times where I've put the money in my account and there has not been no overdraft fee applied yet. But I'll put the money in the account and then I'll go and look the next day and then they've charged me a $37 fee. I've also called customer service about that and they would not take the fee off even though I put the money in the account. Terrible credit union never again with this place"
