"Long lineup at photo/package pickup area. Why not make them separate and why have only one person working, especially during the holiday season? To top it all off, she couldn't even find my package, so clearly no system there. She kept telling customers she "couldn't get anything done because customers keep coming up" and was behind on orders. There needs to be more people behind that desk."

"Slowest and worst place ever to get your prescription they never have it ready even if it’s an emergency they don’t care about people’s health or well being they can be days late on filling prescriptions. Do not go there worst service I have ever had."

"With the extreme shortage of ADHD meds, this place never has any, and they don't tell you EVER unless you show.up to pick the meds up, and they can't transfer the script to any other store because it's a controlled substance. And then you have to wait for the doctor to call in another script to a different store. You would THINK calling ahead to ask availability would be wise...NOPE they give you some stupid excuse about patient safety and HIPAA . Even though you don't NAME. A patient, they still won't tell you if they have the actual pulls in the store to save all the trouble. And only require ID for controlled substan. ces every once in awhile"

"This location is SPOT ON with customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I spoke to Gary at this location today and explained a frustrating experience with the Lakeshore Ave location regarding my covid test that was ‘not approved’ that I was never informed of. Gary took the time to research the situation and tried to troubleshoot with me. That is what the other location should have done, but instead they gave me the phone number for the lab that processes the results for Walgreens and stated that they are the ones who denied my test approval. Gary was kind and patient, and though I could hear how busy they were in the background, he did not rush me off the phone and continued to help me. He deserves some recognition! The other location’s employees would benefit from being sent to this location to observe so they can improve and model the Washington locations customer service. Great service!"

"Pharmacy experience was poor and very slow. Also have had problems with not having full prescriptions in stock at pick up as well as card payment issues. Would not recommend and am considering a new pick up location/different pharmacy."
