"The staff is friendly and the store is nice, BUT I HATE THEIR HOURS!! Being they're the ONLY pharmacy in Lake City, they seriously need to be open Monday through Saturday. Even a 1/2 a day Saturday would be nice. I believe more people would use this pharmacy - thereby supporting the additional cost of staying open more."

"Excellent service. Friendly staff. Sure beats Walmart. I have never had to wait for my meds. I call the day before I need them, I go in next day, and they are ready. If I need a renewal, they are friendly enough to contact my physicans. Keep up the quality work ladies."

"Already this store is only open a half the week. Then this week they closed because of bad weather for 2 more days. If you plan on being the people that provides medicine that people depend on to live, you at minimum need to be dependable. I once supported as I do all local businesses but they broke that contract."

"First & last time using this pharmacy. Script for daughters antibiotic wasn't filled properly. 7 days worth of medicine lasted 2 & 1/2 days. That is NOT ok! Edit: They "forgot" to give us the full script yet never called us about it. Waited almost 3 days until we came in to inquire about it. That's a pharmacy that just doesn't care. How ridiculous!!"
