The UPS Store

"Shipping at this location was fine. Printing was frustrating. I submitted and paid for a print order online. They brought it out to me on the wrong paper. When they redid it, they sized it incorrectly and didn’t print double sided as I’d indicated in my order. They had a really hard time figuring out what I was asking for, despite it being on my order. I would have been better off doing this myself at FedEx. It’s an okay location for shipping but I do not recommend it for printing. I will also say it reeks of body odor in the store, which is not at all pleasant."

"I just left this store. I needed to ship two small shoe boxes and a couple pair of windbreaker pants, this employees at location this location wanted to charge me $8 for a box. That sounded rather odd to me, so I asked what size box was he trying to sell me for $8. There was hesitancy on his part to show me the box, but eventually his colleague brought out this huge box, with way more space than I needed. They never even measured my shoe box to see what size box, I would actually need. I then asked to see other smaller box sizes, then the employee said they had over 100, so they could not show any to me. I was shocked, because if they had 100 boxes, surely they had one smaller to fit my shoe box, but the employee and his colleague both said, no they did not have anything smaller. He then doubled down and said that the cost of the box would be $8 no matter the size, even after I explained that I did not need them to pack my box for me. I quickly left their store and went to the UPS store downtown. The woman there measured my shoe box and then picked out the perfect box for me. The total for that box was $4.44. The box in the photo is the box that I purchased from the UPS store downtown off Griswold."

"This is absolutely the worst UPS location. I dropped a package off Nov 4th to have shipped out. Today is Nov 8th and there is no shipment progress or any type of update on my package. Be careful shipping your items from here the staff is lazy! Won’t be coming here ever again. From now on I will stick to using USPS."

"I have probably visited this store over 100 times this year, as I live in the area. During each visit, the Indian or Middle Eastern kid, that everyone else in the reviews are complaining about, is extremely rude—EVERY TIME. Not only does he speak rudely to customers, he’s on his phone while dealing with customers. He gets from me what he dishes out…..You want to be rude, okay let’s have a rude contest at this point…..He must know the owner or something because I don’t understand why he still works here after several customer complaints below. If things are that bad then he should find work elsewhere. I wish there was another UPS in the area so that I could avoid going here."
