The UPS Store

"OMG, I was their worst nightmare today (1/17/24). It was just before rush hour traffic and there was no line...I was returning 4 Amazon orders (2 very similar). I was so very confused on which UPC belonged to which brown box. The gentleman kept switching the labels for me.He was very patient with me as the line grew longer. He finally left me to try to figure out my problem and went on to wait on the now very long line. As I was waiting for them to get back to me, I noticed an Amazon truck pulling away which kinda tells me that they were under even more stress trying to get their packages out. Eventually, another member came back to me. He was very patient with me as well and took over my phone to help resolve my issue. BIG KUDOS to these two gentlemen that remained very patient with their nightmare of a customer. Trust me, growing old and keeping up with technology is no fun. Hoping that UPS, takes note of their professionalism. They certainly deserve acknowledgment. code belonged to"

"After waiting in line for a significant amount of time, I went to the cashier to ask for help with my Amazon order, so I could exchange my order. He stated that he couldn't help me. Seriously great experience. I won't be returning there."

"The store hours are 9AM TO 7PM yet every single time I arrive at 9am they’re closed. I have been outside now for 20 mins along with about 8 other cars all waiting for someone to show up and open the door and there is no one in sight. The employees aren’t even friendly I would rather drive to 23 and Romeo location at this point."

"They added a 3rd register as well as self service return option which is great. The store is nice and organized. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is very convenient, right outside of the door. Very positive over all experience for a regular customer at this location."
