"Embarrassment of a company. Horrible and embarrassing customer service. They don’t care about their customers. They take their sweet time, didn’t communicate with me at all about my truck. Refused to work with my insurance company after talking about how they always work with progressive and I’ll have my truck back in a Willemstad. Kept dodging their calls and refused to work with them. Refused to help the process to getting my truck back quicker. And wouldn’t even touch my truck, just let it sit there for a week while not doing a single thing to it. I was referred to them and I will never ever be back. The owner is ignorant and disrespectful with a nasty attitude as well. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Do not ever come to this place."

In fact, they were picked up in better shape and cleaner than they were before they needed to be repaired. We were always satisfied with the services that were provided."

"I brought my 20 year old SUV (in good condition) in after some minor collision damage. Most shops didn't want to touch it, because the damage was to the quarter panel and there was some small rust issues. It took a minute for Rick to figure out the best way to get the collision damage fixed with my insurance company and to also address the rust. Rick did a great job doing so. Having experience in body work myself, I was completely satisfied with Rick's options. I took a fine tooth comb to the completed work and I know that his guys did the right stuff. Rick and I discussed the age of my SUV and we both had an understanding that it could pop out rust anywhere in the near future. It's something you have to understand when dealing with an older vehicle. I received my truck back and I was satisfied with the work that JM did. I even discussed having this shop do additional work for me in the future. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a body shop with integrity and does great work. Steve"

"Took my truck there after a minor accident. They worked with my insurance company and made the process very simple. Besides making it easy, the truck looks great. They also found the source of a noise and repaired it for me. I highly recommend this company."

"As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of reviews so it is with a heavy heart that I give this bad review. The work completed was good but at a cost of 65% MORE than what was originally quoted. In my line of work this isn't excepted unless there is something unforeseen and/or hidden. My job was clear cut and an expert should have seen the "supposedly" extra work. Think WAS just a classic bait and switch. Give you a low cost to get the job but then charge you higher. Plus, was originally told it would take 2-3 days so we arranged it with our schedule to be with out the car for a week. It took them eight days to complete the front quarter panel replacement job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!"
