There was one last paper in the contract that I wanted to have notarized that had a number labeled at the bottom of the sheet and the other documents were not numbered, which was a grammatical error on my part. The notary was very rude and disrespectful to me questioning me as if I forged documents in order for him to sign. I did not feel like a human being as he was speaking to me, and it made me feel like he was belittling me. I understood what he needed me to do, but it was his demeanor, and how he explained it. I knew that I had to attach the document to the file and reprint it, but the way that this particular notary brought it to my attention was very rude. His attitude, his arrogance, and quite frankly the way that he stared as me as if I was a criminal or something. I will not proceed with using any notary services at this particular location. I have sought elsewhere. The best thing that I was suggest is for this location to learn how to handle customers, more effectively, friendly, and most importantly respectfully. ."

This time, they would not accept the return without insisting on charging me $30 for an additional cardboard box to go over the original shipping box, which was more than I even paid for the item. It felt like a scam to me, and Amazon helped correct the issue. I recommend steering clear of this location."
