"I showed up on time to my appointment at her Renaissance Center office and she wasn't there. Apparently I was the 4th appt that day that she neglected to show up for. So I paid for parking, drove home and made an appointment with another notary. I understand that life happens, but there are only a few good reasons I can think of to not cancel or reschedule appointments ahead of time and hopefully none of those things are happening to her."

"I arrived at the Renaissance exactly 6 minutes early for my appointment with Angela. Unfortunately, due to most of the entrances being blocked, having to drive around for the correct entrance through the parking garage, having to get screened for COVID, plus inaccurate directions to the suite where Silver Red Notary lives from multiple employees of the the building, I ending up being ten minutes late. Yes, I tried to call. I actually stayed on the line the entire way up to the suite, hoping I’d eventually get put through, to no avail. Before I even made it up to the suite, the welcome desk informed me she had already left... When I finally got on the phone with Angela, her response was “Oh!!! Yeah, well I told them that if [they] weren’t here by 4:30 exactly then I was leaving! You can come back Tuesday.” Four days. With the messiness of the building, the lack of information or instruction on navigating, and the general state of the world, I am shocked that Angela couldn’t have shown a BIT of kindness and waited a few minutes for her appointment to arrive. Disappointed is an understatement."
