"This facility doesn't deserve a one star very poor communication skills! So i send a car in for a second opinion and inspection! I have owned a shop myself for 8 years and never had service like this at any other dealership before! Very shady to say the least! So to start off I get a call 3 week later! They say it's the wrong engine then it's the wire harness then it's a short in dash lol I guess it's a guessing game last they needed 2 more hour's inspection time so I tell them you had the car over a month I'm coming to tow it out so they go behind my back contact my customer try telling him I declined further diag start gassing him up slandering my name telling him to keep vehicle there they will fix it...it needs a new engine but how do they know they needed more diag time lol so I get there with the tow truck they tell me they can't give me the car for 2 hours there isn't paperwork on the vehicle and Andrew isn't there so know I'm to the point I've had a nuff start to raise my voice and demand the car and asking questions about there so called inspection and very shady ways all the sudden they got paperwork and car is ready to be released customer's beware they don't have a clue and there only motive is to keep juicing up the diag time look elsewhere these guys don't have a clue you will have way better luck at subaru troy these guys know nothing don't see how they stay in business and this isn't the last they gonna hear from me!!"

"Salesman Patrick Tierney, a very pleasant young man ,knowledgeable about all thingsSUBARU and enthusiastic about his job. We never felt pressured into options or extra services we did not want. I had one request to be able to drive the car alone home and see how well it fit into our garage. I had checked other Subaru dealers and they stayed that the sales person had to be in the car , for me that was a deal breaker. I am glad Patrick and his supervisor agreed readily to that.The car fit perfectly in the spot I used and I close the deal upon my return to the dealership. My mind was set on what car and color I wanted months before. Hodges Subaru agreed to such to such a simple customer request and that meant a lot We ended up buying 2 cars that day"
