"Terrible. I decided that I wanted to take my vehicle here in order for it to get repaired. I walk into the office and I tell them that I'm looking to get an estimate done and that it's through insurance, and then the appraiser Tells me that he doesn't want to do the appraisal because he doesn't have an assignment. While I understand his perspective, the customer service revolving the situation was nowhere to be found. Instead of telling a customer that they could potentially be a waste of time you could very easily try to explain to them what it is that they need to do In order to win over their business. Highly recommend staying away from this place as most of these reviews are likely fake and nothing about the so called employees working behind the Counter seems friendly optimistic or Helpful in the slightest."

"*this is an edit in 2022 : If it wasn’t for Kory, I’d give this place 1 star. I wrote this in such relief to finally have my car back but over the years I’ve had to take my car back way too many times. First, a sensor was broken from my accident and they had me to go to a “real mechanic” to fix it. Then they gave me the wrong mirror (I have heated mirrors and they replaced it with a non heated mirror). Then there was a squeaking sound coming from the mirror they could never hear to fix. Then I had to take it back because my window wouldn’t roll down. Then another time because screws were missing from my bumper. Today I learned when they replaced those missing screws, they just put in plastic plugs that you have to destroy to get out. I wanted to replace my whole headlight and now I can’t. I have to go buy replacement parts myself because I’m sick of going back to this place. Please. Stop taking short cuts and just fix your customers cars back to how they were before an accident. Accidents are stressful enough. 2019/2020: Seriously the best. I was in a car accident that was a nightmare because it was 100% not my fault, I had never been in a car accident, and my insurance was being horrible. Once it was finally handed over to Kory, I finally had someone helpful in the situation. He was literally the best. He took care of everything for me. I barely had to talk to my insurance, exactly what I wanted. Anyways, he made my situation so much better, I had to share. Also, my car looked...AMAZING. Even the inside was super clean! She looked brand new. Above and beyond service. Extremely happy with this place."
