"Went to a local dealership for an oil change and our tire pressure sensor happened to be on stating our pressure was low in one tire. They called saying we needed a new tire as there was a nail in it and unfixable. Decided to go to Hugo's afterward to get it checked out for a second opinion, they took the tire off, inspected it for 20 minutes, found absolutely nothing wrong, filled it up, put it back on, and charged nothing! A month later still no issues! Thanks Hugo's!"

"Phil (the owner) and Peter are always honest and caring whenever I bring my car into Hugo’s! They used GM parts for my Chevy Cruze. They always call me to explain everything and make sure they do what I need done! They are honest and they will tell you if you DONT need something too! My car was leaking oil and coolant and I got my car back sounding brand new with no more leaks! They also cleaned up very good under my hood and filled my tires without being asked and no extra charge! They show you your broken parts when you pick up your car! I am happy to have a honest mechanic that I will always go to when something is wrong!!"
