"My company needs a temporary mailbox for a few months and made the mistake of hiring this place. To any other company in this situation, I recommend AVOIDING THEM and GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! We discovered they have been sending back our packages back to the sender that are clearly labelled with our company name. They been doing this for two weeks now. They told me that they have to many companies with mailboxes already, so if package doesn't have your company mailbox number on it, then they ship it back. This was not communicated to us at the beginning. Also, complete indifference by some of the front counter staff, as they can't be bothered to find the package that you could prove was sent there. One person at the counter made me wait (twice) for her co-worker because she couldn't be bothered to deal with this issue. Made 4 trips in one day - first two they claimed we had no packages, on trip 3 and 4 they found some of them then admitted they returned packages with our company name on it because they weren't familiar with us. Had some real time sensitive packages that were returned. Complete frustrated and felt very disrespected! Bring your business elsewhere."
