"Terrible, purchased a Loon Maxx, they didn't tell me to try before I left, I opened it and it didn't work. Wouldn't exchange, walked out and left on counter and said I would never be back. If that's the policy, they should tell people that, then just having a small sign posted by register."

"They have expired snacks and pop. Their tobacco is mostly dried up. My guess is they had a store at one time and they're trying to sell old products. Their vapes malfunction and it'd very very hard to get compensated. Go some place else!"

"This place has everything! I've been to many tobacco stores and such. This one has the best selection and by far the highest level of customer service I have received in any head shop. I will be returning here the next time I have a large amount of disposable income for what is entailed and can be purchased. Holy mother of God i saw all my favorite things in there.
