"Bank left me hanging no response. After calling and getting approved for a loan. I got a called saying I'm already approved before ever giving a sorce of income. If the income is not enough for your loan I guess you never hear back. I would've liked to been informed more sent an email once that didn't go through had to sent email again. Everything was through the phone or email. I prefer giving my information in person."

"I usually never have issues with this credit union; they have always been great, but my account was compromised and I called this branch frustrated (lack of any option or help from another branch) and the woman that answered the phone was VERY patient, understanding, kind and sought to do whatever she could to carefully explain the options I had to rectify my situation. She was amazing and handled herself professionally even when dealing with my frustration. It wasn't her fault my account was compromised and I tried to remember that. By the end, she was very sweet and I apologized like I should have. I 100% recommend this branch."

"I was trying to get an auto loan and spoke with employee she emailed I was pre approved and to go ahead and get car insurance. I did what was needed called the next day and she was not in just to be told I wasn't approved for the full amount. Why would someone tell me to get insurance on a car that I not fully approved for? Why aren't important steps disclosed or said before to do so. I will take my business else where, where I can get full communication because my credit is superb and I will go where my business is wanted."
