"Always have a great experience here. Was there on a super busy day (literally out the door) but they were still in high spirits and had multiple employees working to cover it. Everybody has a great attitude there. They are respectful (and often funny) so it is always a good time. I'm old. I've been going to UPS Stores since the 1990s. Without a doubt these guys are the best. I actually look forward to my shipping needs and Amazon returns now because most likely I will be in a better mood when I leave than when I go in, lol. A smile goes a long way and you will get one here. It may seem small, but you may hear a "Merry Christmas" when that time of year rolls around. I sure miss when everybody did that. This must be a difficult franchise to run but the owners are doing it right. Great Job, -Tim"
