"I left my Credit Union and moved to this bank to get away from the fees. Yes, you read that correctly. This BANK has less fees than those corporate credit unions. Also, someone from the branch (not a call center) actually answers the phone when you call. And I get paid interest on my savings not charged fees for not having enough money in certain accounts. Great bank with exceptional service. They always take care of me and my complicated transactions. Even their lowest review here is 2 stars, not one star. Even their haters kinda like them. (It's probably the freshly baked cookies they give out. It's hard to stay mad)"
