"I broke even is about the gist of it after there surprise charge of 450 something and that's with there supposed military discount of which when looked online said was free filing so maybe the misunderstanding is with me there but when you wait until it's all said and done to tell me hey btw you owe this much I'm not going back exp when could have told me over the phone the day before when discussing what owed IRS. And could have done myself for the same amount last checked if your going somewhere to do taxes it's either A you don't know how to do them or B your trying to save money because you owe taxes. Why would I go somewhere to break even after paying h and r what i just saved spending to the government."

He's extremely intelligent and works hard to keep himself and his staff well informed. Plus, he's extremely approachable and a hoot to be around--not like your typical dry accountant type. He's very patient, and has a knack for explaining complicated information in a way that's easy to understand. Milan is lucky to have an A+ resource like Rob."

"The services were comprehensive and Daisy was great but my taxes are simple enough to complete on my own and coming to H & R Block simply added to the cost more than to my return. It was good to confirm that I was doing things correctly already and I did learn a few things, but it wasn't worth the over $200 fee."
