"If you want a credit union that does not have affiliated networks credit union with access to ATM's that doesn't charge a fee to use other credit union ATM, this is NOT the credit union for you. Also, I called about this issue on 1/22/2024 was told by the customer service representative I would be transferred to the manager, I waited 15 minutes and no one never came to the phone, I guess because it was to close to 5:00pm when I called, no one was available. The person who answered the phone should have made sure the manager was on the phone before hanging up. Definitely, considering moving my finances. Also, I took out a loan, talk twice to the representatives that although I was paying additional amount on the loan outside of the scheduled amount, I still wanted the scheduled amount to be taken, however the scheduled amount was always decreased. I hurried up and paid the loan off this became too much of a hassle and promise myself that I would utilize another credit union or bank for a loan in the future. To reiterate, I should not have to drive 16 miles to use a ATM free of charge. PLEASE tell me the difference of going in the credit union utilizing a teller and using the ATM outside. I am also a member of People Driven credit union, there IS NOT a charge for me to use the ( Public Service Credit Union). American 1, you should definitely review your procedures and fix this problem. Technology is to advance for this problem."
