"I submitted and paid for my Notary Commission renewal in September 2023. It is January 19 2024 and I still do not have it! Every time I call they would say it's in the mail. I found out they never submitted to my state until Jan 2nd. Their reason was because they have so many to submit that they group them according to the expiration and they submit a month before they expire. Of course I will never use this company again. I recommend National Notary Association for your Notary renewal because they submit to your state the day you request."
"I have been using them for years and went to renew and they don't do anything for you any longer. Never received email, was made to feel stupid because I didn't read instructions that I didn't receive. Jim in Customer Service was not helpful. Took my money fast enough! Will not use again! Response: Again, after searching all email boxes, did not get email from you! I check my email at least twice a day! I did receive the receipt! Where on your website does it state everything is email? The point is, you need to post on your website for renewals that everything is email. A follow-up email would have been nice! I did callback and talked to a very nice supervisor who did explain everything to me. Just for that reason, I am upgrading my stars to a 3. Jim was still very rude and made me feel like an idiot! Took all directions you sent me to the County today who said your instructions were very hard to understand and gave me their instructions. Didn’t appreciate your response either! Making people feel like idiots isn’t the right way to do business or keep customers and my review was very fair!"

"Recently used this company to obtain my new notary. After submitting everything in November and waiting a few weeks I was concerned reading some of the reviews and still not receiving anything so I called in and spoke to Kim who was very helpful in explaining the process to give me a better understanding which put me at ease. Just a few days after my application was approved and notary # assigned by the state. They followed up via email to let me know anytime they had an update which was very helpful and much appreciated. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again."
